PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from November 15, 2025 – June 30, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a 30% discount on Buffets (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at Food Exchange Manila in Novotel Manila Araneta City when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card (“CBC Card”) for payment subject to the following conditions:
• Valid for a min. of two (2) pax and maximum of ten (10) pax per cardholder, per booking only.
• Valid for buffet meals at Food Exchange Manila:
Breakfast Buffet: Daily | 6:30AM to 10AM
Lunch Buffet: Mon-Sat | 12NN to 2:30PM • Sun | 12NN to 3:00PM
Dinner Buffet: Daily | 6PM to 10PM
• Inclusive of coffee, iced tea, soft drinks/sodas, and chilled juices. Beer is included during
dinner buffet from Monday to Friday and during Sunday lunch buffet.
• Valid for dine-in transactions only.
• Kids 6 years old and below eat for free when accompanied by 1 paying adult per kid.
• Promo is NOT valid for banquets and event bookings.
• Blackout dates: Dec. 24, 25, 31, 2025 ; February 14-17, 2026 ; Easter Sunday ; Mother's Day ; Father's Day
4. This promo is valid for straight transactions only, installments are not included.
5. Advance reservation/booking is required. Please call (02) +632 8990 7888 or email novotel.manilaaranetacity.restaurants@accor.com. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.
6. To avail, a qualified Chinabank credit or debit card must be used for payment. The discount will only be applied to the bill of the Chinabank cardholder. One card per availment.
7. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit or Debit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit or Debit Card account.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
