30% OFF at Gringo

PROMO MECHANICS:

 

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

2. The Promo Period is from July 1 to September 30, 2025.

3. Cardholders are entitled to 30% OFF for a minimum spend of P3,000 at Gringo when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card for payment.

4. Maximum discount that can be availed by the Cardholder is P1,500 or maximum bill of P5,000.

5. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.

6. The offer is valid for dine-in transactions only.

7. The offer is valid from Monday to Friday.

8. The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.

9. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the

      discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder

      and Gringo.

13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
