PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period: September 1 to November 15, 2025.
• Booking period is from September 1 to November 15, 2025.
• Stay period is from September 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
• Blackout dates: Not valid during weekends (Fri & Sat), regular, special non-working, and other government-declared holidays.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offer at Vivere Azure when they use their Chinabank Credit card (“Chinabank Card”) for payment:
• Enjoy 25% OFF Standard Rooms based on rack rates for weekday stays (Sun-Thurs) with full board meals for two!
Terms and Conditions:
• Rate is good for 2 persons only; no single occupancy rates available.
• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.
• Bookings must be guaranteed with payment and a Chinabank Card must be used.
• Booking is strictly non-rebookable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Not applicable to corporate rates/bookings and group bookings
• Maximum of 1 room per booking per Cardholder only.
• Extra Person Rate: Php 5,600 /pax/night inclusive of full board meals
• Child Policy: 0-7 years old – free, bed-sharing; 8-12 years old, P3,200 inclusive of kiddie meals
• Rebooking: In the event that a booking needs to be amended or postponed, this will only be allowed if advised 14 days prior to arrival date and shall be subject to
rebooking fee of P1,500 and may be moved within six (6) months subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Re-booking by reason of force majeure
may be done within six months without re-booking fee.
• Cancellation/NoShow/Refund: Cancellations made within 0 to 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited. Cancellatations
made 8 or more days before the arrival date: You will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of P3,500 per night/room. Special (Promotional/Holiday)
Rates: Bookings made under special rates (including Holiday rates) or discounted promotional rates are non-cancellable and non-rebookable. In case of NO SHOW,
the total payment made will be forfeited.

4. How to avail:
• Reservation is required. To book, Cardholder must contact: 8771 7777 or hello@vivereazure.com
• The cardholder must express his/her intent to avail of the promo and provide his/her name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the
Reservations Team.
• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Once the cardholder has confirmed the booking, a Reservation Confirmation will be sent to the cardholder together with the payment link. Cardholder must use
their Chinabank Card for payment.
• Cardholder to present the Chinabank Card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
