PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from January 25 to December 30, 2025.
3. Offer is available daily (except blackout dates: February 14, May 11, June 15, and December 24-25, 2025).
4. Cardholders are entitled to 25% OFF on Chef’s Recommendation at Red Jade when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
5. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
6. Prior reservation is required. Kindly call +632 8527 0011 local 1262 to 1266 or e-mail restaurantrsvn@themanilahotel.com. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.
7. Minimum of 4 set menu and maximum of 10 set menu per table.
8. The offer/s is non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
9. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Red Jade.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
