PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The offer is available from October 1 to 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 20% OFF on all regular-priced items for a minimum single-receipt spend of P2,500 using qualified Chinabank Credit Cards during the promo period.
• 0% Installment is available for 3 months with a minimum single-receipt spend of P3,000.
4. Minimum spend requirement is net of all discounts.
5. No maximum discount.
6. The offer is valid in these Innisfree branches:

• Glorietta Makati
• Trinoma
• SM Clark
• SM Baguio
• SM Iloilo

7. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Innisfree.

10. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other products in kind.
11. The offer cannot be in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Innisfree.
12. The Terms and Conditions of Innisfree shall apply.
13. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
14. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Innisfree.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Innisfree with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
