PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from August 15 to December 31, 2025. Booking period is from August 15 to December 31, 2025. Stay period is from August 15 to March 31, 2026. Blackout dates: December 20, 2025 to January 10, 2026
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers at Flower Island Resort when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit card (“Chinabank Card”) for payment:
• 20% OFF published room rates for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights. Discount applies to base room rates only excluding VAT/service charge

• Breakfast with 2 choices of hot/cold non-alcoholic beverages
• Round-trip speedboat transfer to/from Sibaltan Port and Flower Island Resort
• Free use of amenities: kayak, paddleboard, pedal boat, volleyball, table tennis, pétanque, snorkeling set.
Terms and Conditions
• Rates are good for two pax. Extra Person Rate: Php 4,100 per pax/night inclusive of breakfast
• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.
• Bookings must be guaranteed with payment and a Chinabank Card must be used.
• Child Policy: 0-3 years old – free, bed-sharing; 4-13 years old, P2,050 inclusive of breakfast
• Rebooking: 30 days prior to check-in date and new date must be within the booking period
• Cancellation/NoShow/Refund: 1-7 days before arrival/no show: 100% cancellation fee; 8-15 days: 50% cancellation fee; 16-59 days: 25% cancellation fee;
60 days or more/Force Majeure: Full refund.

4. How to avail:
• Reservation is required. To book, Cardholder must contact Reservations at (+63) 917 635 4431 or email reservations@flowerislandresort.com within the promo period.
• The cardholder must express his/her intent to avail of the promo and provide his/her name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the
Reservations Team.
• A 50% down payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Once the cardholder has confirmed the booking, a Reservation Confirmation will be sent to the cardholder together with the payment link. Cardholder must use
their Chinabank Card for payment.
• Cardholder to present the Chinabank Card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards. An incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 per night shall be requested upon check-in. In case the amount is not consumed within the guest's stay, it will be refunded upon check-out. Likewise, a credit card verification may also be made for this purpose.
