PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from April 15, 2025 to December 12, 2025.
• Booking period is from April 15, 2025 to December 12, 2025.
• Stay period is from April 15, 2025 to December 19, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 20% OFF Published Room Rates at Epic Suites by Bohol Social Club when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
Rates are good for overnight accommodation and breakfast for two persons.

• Payment Terms: Full payment using a Chinabank Credit Card is required upon check-in.
• Extra Person Policy: Php 2,000.00/person/night with breakfast.
• Child Policy: Kids below 14 years old are NOT allowed.
• Rebooking: No Rebooking.
• Cancellation: Not allowed.
• Promo can be availed at: Purok 5, Catarman, Dauis, Bohol or visit epicsuitesbohol.com.
4. How to avail:
• To book, Cardholder must email Epic Suites by Bohol Social Club at epicsuitesbohol@gmail.com or call 0947 158 5858 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates,
number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: Epic Suites by Bohol Social
Club x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Epic Suites by Bohol Social Club x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
• For payment, Epic Suites by Bohol Social Club will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items,
unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/
Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
