PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is until July 15, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Card for payment at VMV Skin Prescriptives Marketing Inc. + VMV Skin-Specialist Boutiques:
• 15% OFF VMV Hypoallergenics Products (except Armada and Know It Oil items) for a minimum single-receipt in-store purchase of P4,000
• 15% OFF Facial Skintificates with no minimum spend
4. Promo is valid at the following:
• VMV Skin-Specialist Boutiques: Alabang Town Center, BF Homes, Estancia Mall, Makati, SM Megamall, TriNoma, Sta. Rosa.
• VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics (Branch Address is at 117 C. Palanca Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City).
5. The offer is not applicable to Armada line and Know It Oil items.
6. The offer is valid for straight payment transactions only.
7. The promo is not valid for online purchases.
8. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
9. The purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Card account.
11. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
