PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 6, 2025 – April 30, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF F&B at Cove at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
4. Other Terms and Conditions: Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her order. Advance reservation is required. Please call 0998 967 2785. Intent to avail of
the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.
5. The discount offer is non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, contracted rates, and conference
/group bookings.
6. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items,
unless otherwise provided.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/
Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
