PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Card cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from September 20 to December 15, 2025.
• Not valid during regular, special non-working, and government-declared holidays.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 10% OFF on total bill at Mequeni Live, Quest Plus Conference Center Clark when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card (Chinabank Card) for payment.
• Promo can be availed at: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, Mimosa Drive, Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City, Clark Freeport Zone 2023 Pampanga, Philippines.
4. How to avail:
• Book through the jotform link at https://bit.ly/QuestClarkRestos and mention that they will avail of the Chinabank promo on the "Special Request" row. Walk-ins are also welcome.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
