PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 20 to December 15, 2025
• Booking period is from May 20 to December 15, 2025.
• Stay period is from May 20 to December 20, 2025.
• Promo availability may be restricted during regular holidays, special non-working days, and government-declared holidays.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers at Four Points by Sheraton Palawan when they use their Chinabank credit and debit card (“Chinabank Card”)
for payment:
• 20% OFF Rooms (Best Available Rates) with buffet breakfast for two
• 10% OFF Food & Beverage (except in-room dining)
• 10% OFF spa services
• 5% OFF laundry service

• Overnight accommodation in a Superior and Deluxe Room with buffet breakfast for two
• Use of Pool and Gym
• Complimentary WIFI
• Complimentary Parking for one car
Other Terms and Conditions
• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.
• Extra Person Rate: P3,080 nett/person with buffet breakfast
• Child Policy: Room – Maximum of 2 children 12 yrs. and below will be free of charge as long as they will occupy the same bed with adults
• F&B – 0-5 yrs. old: free with breakfast ; 6-12 yrs. old: 50% of the adult rate which is P1,400 nett/person
• Rebooking/Cancellation: Allowed and free of charge if made four (4) days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged.
• Promo can be availed at: Four Points by Sheraton Palawan, So. Sabang, Brgy Cabayugan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
4. How to avail:
• Prior reservation is required. To book, Cardholder must contact Reservations at (048) 550-900 or email Reservations.Palawan@fourpoints.com within the promo period.
• The cardholder must express his/her intent to avail of the promo and provide his/her name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the
Reservations Team.
• Once the cardholder has confirmed the booking, a Reservation Confirmation will be sent to the cardholder together with the payment link. Cardholder must use
their Chinabank Card to process the payment.
• Cardholder to present the Chinabank Card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts,
promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the
discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and
conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards. An incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 per night shall be requested upon check-in. In case the amount is not consumed within the guest's stay, it will be refunded upon check-out. Likewise, a credit card verification may also be made for this purpose.
