PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is:
• @Home Visa Platinum Credit Card: October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026
• Other Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards: December 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy a 10% Discount on Gate Entrance - Regular Admission of Adult and Child to Camayan Beach Resort during Mondays to Fridays when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit card (“Chinabank Card”) for payment.
4. Discount is not valid on: Saturday & Sunday; 2025: Dec. 8, 24-25, 30-31 / 2026: Jan. 1-4, Mar. 20, Apr. 2-5; May 1-3, Jun. 12, Aug. 31.
5. To avail, a valid Chinabank Card must be used to pay for the tickets.
6. The discount is valid for a single transaction per cardholder per card.
7. Promo is valid for on-site purchases only at the ticket booth cashier. Not valid for online purchases, school trip groups and when there are exclusive functions and special events.
8. The promo can be availed at Ocean Adventure Marine Theme Park, Adventure Beach Waterpark, and Camayan Beach Resort) located at Camayan Wharf, West Ilanin Forest Area, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales
9. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
11. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Subic Bay Marine Exploratorium. Inc. (“Ocean Adventure Marine Theme Park, Adventure Beach Waterpark, and Camayan Beach Resort”).
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing @Home Credit Card
