  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

  2. Booking period is from June 20, 2024 to June 15, 2025. Stay Period is from June 20, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Boracay Uptown:
    • 30% OFF on Regular Season Published Room Rates
    • 20% OFF on Peak Season Published Room Rates

  4. The offers are valid for booking at Manila Sales Office only. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability. Guests may contact the property thru e-mail or reservation hotline:
  5. The offers are applicable on Accommodations/Room Rates only. The offers are applicable to All Room Categories.

  6. The offers are non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, and offers unless specified.

  7. The offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or other products/services.

  8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  9. Booking details and Cancellation Policies of the F&C Hotels and Resorts shall apply. 

  10. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

  11. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and F&C Hotels and Resorts.

  12. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and F&C Hotels and Resorts with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

  13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
