  1. Who is eligible to get the Pandora Welcome Gift?
    • The Pandora Welcome Gift is open to newly approved Principal cardholders of the Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature in the Philippines. Cardholders with existing Chinabank credit card(s) who requested for conversion are not qualified for the Offer.

  2. What is the Pandora Welcome Gift?
    • Qualified Cardholders are entitled to a free Pandora Moments Snake Chain Bracelet and a charm worth up to Php2,450, upon meeting the minimum spend requirement of Php6,000 within 60 days from card delivery date.

  3. Can I select the Pandora charm of my choice?
    • Yes, you can choose the Pandora charm you prefer from the Chinabank Velvet Pandora Tray. The tray contains Pandora’s charm collection, valued at Php2,450.

  4. Can I select a Pandora charm that is not part of the Velvet Pandora Tray?
    • Yes, you can:
      • For Pandora charms worth more than Php2,450: the Qualified Cardholder will be charged in excess of the said amount and should use his/her Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature Card in paying for the transaction.
      • For Pandora charms worth less than Php2,450: the differential amount cannot be converted into cash, cash credits, gift certificate, and/or any other Pandora item.

  5. Are local in-store merchant installment purchases part of the qualified spend of Php6,000?
    • Yes, the principal amount of the local in-store purchase will be part of the qualified spend.

  6. When will I receive the unique redemption code from Chinabank after meeting the Spend Requirement?
    • Upon reaching the Spend Requirement amount within the Spend Period, the Qualified Cardholder shall receive within 45 business days a unique redemption code via SMS from INSTAPERX.

  7. What if I did not receive any code within 45 business days after I met the Spend Requirement?
    • This may happen when the qualified cardholder’s mobile and e-mail address on record with Chinabank are not updated. You may call Chinabank’s Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph to report non-receipt of code.

  8. How do I redeem my Pandora Welcome Gift?
    • Qualified Cardholders can redeem their Pandora Welcome Gift at designated Pandora branches. Cardholders must present the Code, their Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature card together with a valid government-issued ID upon redemption to Pandora’s store personnel.

  9. Can I authorize someone to redeem my Pandora Welcome Gift?
    • Only Qualified Cardholders are authorized to redeem the Pandora Welcome Gift at designated Pandora branches.

  10. Can I redeem my Pandora Welcome Gift more than once?
    • No, qualified cardholders can only redeem the offer once.

  11. Does the redemption code expire?
    • Yes. Qualified Cardholders must use the given Code within 90 days from receipt of the Code.

  12. Can my Supplementary get the Offer too?
    • No, but transactions of the Supplementary Cardholder(s) shall be counted as part of the Principal Cardholder’s spend.

  13. What if I convert/cancel my Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature?
    • If at any time, the Qualified Cardholder converts their Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature to another Chinabank Credit Card or cancels the account before the 12-month period expires, the total cost of the Offer (maximum retail price at Php7,700) shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature account.
