1. Who is eligible to get the SM eVoucher Welcome Gift?
• The SM eVoucher Welcome Gift (“Offer”) is open to newly approved Principal Cardholders of the Chinabank @home Visa Platinum in the Philippines (“Qualified Cardholders”). Cardholders with existing Chinabank credit card(s) who requested for conversion to Chinabank @home Visa Platinum are not qualified for the Offer.
2. What is the spend requirement for the SM eVoucher Welcome Gift?
• Spend Amount: Single or accumulated spend receipt of Php8,000.00
• Posted Transaction Type:
• Local or international straight retail, in-store or online
• Principal amount of the in-store local merchant instalment
• Spend Period: Within 60 days from card delivery date
3. When will I receive the unique redemption code from Chinabank after meeting the Spend Requirement?
• Upon reaching the Spend Requirement amount within the Spend Period, the Qualified Cardholder shall receive within 45 business days a unique redemption code via SMS from INSTAPERX.
4. What if I did not receive any code within 45 business days after I met the Spend Requirement?
• This may happen when the qualified cardholder’s mobile and e-mail address on record with Chinabank are not updated. You may call Chinabank’s Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph to report non-receipt of code.
• If you did not receive your Code from INSTAPERX within 45 business days from reaching the Spend Requirement, you must report the same to Chinabank immediately but no later than 60 business days from reaching the Spend Requirement. Chinabank and/or INSTAPERX shall have no obligation to resend the Code to the Cardholder.
5. How do I redeem my SM eVoucher Welcome Gift?
• Qualified cardholders must visit any SM Store Business Centers found in this link: https://1isadigital.com/branch/SM-STORE-branches and present their INSTAPERX eVoucher code and valid ID to redeem SM eVoucher code for physical gift certificates.
6. Can I authorize someone to redeem my SM eVoucher Welcome Gift?
• Only Qualified Cardholders are authorized to redeem the SM eVoucher Welcome Gift at SM Store Business Stores.
7. Can I redeem my SM eVoucher Welcome Gift more than once?
• No, qualified cardholders can only redeem the offer once.
8. Does the redemption code expire?
• Yes. Qualified Cardholders must use the given Code within 90 days from receipt of the Code.
9. Can my Supplementary get the Offer too?
• No, but transactions of the Supplementary Cardholder(s) shall be counted as part of the Principal Cardholder’s spend.
10. What if I convert/cancel my @home Visa Platinum?
• If at any time, the Qualified Cardholder converts their Chinabank @home Visa Platinum to another Chinabank Credit Card or cancels the account before the 12-month period expires, the total cost of the Offer (maximum retail price at Php4,000) shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Chinabank @home Visa Platinum account.
