1. Who are eligible to get the 5% Family Cash Back?
      • The 5% Family Cash Back is open to all Chinabank @home Visa Platinum Principal Cardholders in good credit standing. Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active, not over limit, not delinquent/past due or under investigation due to fraudulent activities, not reported lost or stolen and have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Chinabank Credit Cards.
2. How much cash back can I get?
      Principal Cardholders are entitled to a 5% cash back on qualified transactions. Each Chinabank @home Visa Platinum Cardholder will have a cap on Cash Back amounting to Php1,500.00 per statement cycle. The cap shall include the Cash Back earned by the Principal Cardholder and his/her Supplementary Cardholder(s), if any. The cap shall include the rebates earned by the Principal Cardholder and his/her Supplementary Cardholder(s), if any.
3. How to redeem my 5% Family Cash Back?
      To redeem the Cash Back, the Principal Cardholder should contact Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph.
4. Are there restrictions on the cash back?
    Transactions should NOT be under the following merchant categories: 
      Installment Programs, such as merchant installment, balance transfer, transaction conversion, balance conversion, and cash installment, including pre-terminated installment transactions;
      Auto-debit arrangements (ADAs) and auto-charged bills payments;
      Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions (e.g. cash advance, payments, and the like);
      Refunded or disputed transactions;
      Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;
      Quasi-cash transactions;
      Annual membership fees, and all other fees and charges;
      Casino/online gaming/gambling transactions; and
      Transactions with wholesale/warehouse merchants/clubs.
5. Can I transfer my cash back to another Chinabank credit card product?
      No. Cash back are not transferrable to another Chinabank credit card product.
6. Can I still earn or redeem Cash Back while my account is past due?
      In case the Principal Cardholder becomes thirty (30) days past due, the account will stop earning Cash Back and the cardholder will not be able to redeem any Cash Back. Earning and redemption privileges will resume once the account is restored to good credit standing.
7. Does forfeiture apply to all my Cash Back?
      Yes, all available Cash Back will immediately be forfeited in favor of the Bank once the Principal Cardholder’s account turns sixty (60) calendar days delinquent.
