Chinabank is thrilled to announce that a new business banking experience is coming your way. We are launching My CBC Business, the upgraded and modernized version of Chinabank Online Corporate (CBOL).
My CBC Business is designed to elevate the way your company manages its financial transactions. With a refreshed look, enhanced navigation, and a more seamless platform experience, it brings you smarter, faster, and more convenient online banking for your day-to-day operations.
You can look forward to:
- A more intuitive and streamlined platform
- Expanded functionalities to support your business needs
- A smoother and more efficient way to transact online
Here are what to expect:
- My CBC Business will be accessed using a different URL. Once migrated to the upgraded system, users can no longer use CBOL URL.
- No changes in the following:
a. Users – All registered active users will be migrated.
b. User credentials – Users can still access using their existing username and passwords.
c. Linked accounts – All linked deposit accounts will remain visible and accessible in the upgraded system.
d. Products availed – All products and facilities being availed will be carried over to the new system.
e. User workflow – Existing user workflows shall remain as is.
- Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) via BancNet will not be available in Phase 1. In case you are enrolled in IBFT and are using this facility, we would suggest you use PESONet for high-value transfers, or Instapay for real-time low-value transfers.
Your company may be included in one of the upcoming migration batches to My CBC Business. You are advised to monitor your registered email address, as the official migration notice will contain the schedule, detailed instructions, and next steps.
