Q: Why is the reflected card number different in the receipt/sales slip?
A: The card number reflected in the slip is the Token number which represents your card number. This is done so that merchants cannot save your card details.

A: Yes, your transaction will be reflected in your Google wallet. This will be visible under “Recent Activity”.
Q: Why was I billed 60PHP when I enrolled my card to Google Wallet?
A: The amount is used by Google to verify the card. This is temporary and will be reversed so it should not appear in your statement of account.
Q: Can I use my Google wallet if I don’t have data or internet connection?
A: Yes, you can make payments even if you are offline. Your transactions will reflect in your Google Wallet once you are online.
Q: How many attempts are we allowed to enroll a card in Google Wallet?
A: There is a maximum of 3 attempts. You may try again after 24 hours. Always double check the information before submitting to avoid multiple attempts.
Q: Where will I receive the OTP when I enroll? Is it with my registered number/email with Google or with my bank?
A: You will receive it through your registered mobile/email with the bank.
Q: If I use Google Wallet for foreign transactions, will I still be billed for forex?
A: Yes, it will still be billed for forex fees and charges for international transactions. For local transactions, there will be no Forex fees and charges.
Q: Can I use my Google Wallet to Cash-in?
A: No, there is no facility for cash-in.
