• Underwent various leadership and technical trainings/workshops/job immersions both  local and international ( Asia and USA ).

Vicky is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in the insurance industry for more than 
two decades overseeing Accounting/Finance Department starting off with the claims , 
Non-life insurance and now with Chinabank’s subsidiary that handles both life and non-life 
insurance needs of CBC clientele.  She has attended various trainings  on Accounting, Finance, 
Taxation, Risk Management, Employee Benefits and as well as Management Conferences 
(local and Asia).

Roselle has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years, and had worked for both local and multinational insurance brokers prior joining Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc. (CIBI) in 2018. A seasoned bank insurance broker, and an expert in total account management, process improvement, and business development both for non-life insurance and employee benefits. 

Joined Chinabank Insurance brokers Inc., in 2013 and has extensive experience on product 
development and relationship management. Expertise non-life and life products are acquired 
thru experience, continuous workshops and certifications locally. She has 18 years of marketing experience, including stint in a non-insurance industry. 

Rich has had a good decade of insurance claims experience before joining Chinabank as a Claims Officer. Her exposure in handling different lines of insurances was mainly from her association with the in-house insurance brokerage of one of the premier conglomerates in the Philippines. Her diverse experience also include spearheading system development for Claims. 

Fitz started his career in non-life insurance in 2010 as a Motor Car Claims Processor of a global insurance company and then shifted to Insurance Sales and handled agency development, car dealerships’ in-house insurance and microinsurance. He became a branch manager after graduating from a Management Development Program and focused on recruitment, training and development of exclusive insurance agents for the whole North Luzon operations of the company. He joined Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc. in 2017.

Aaron started his career in the industry in 2005. Over the years, he had underwriting, marketing, management, and administrative functions in the country and overseas. Prior to joining CIBI, he was a business analyst of a multinational IT firm specializing in the system requirements of companies in the non-life insurance ecosystem.

Maricar has more than 12 years of experience in the insurance industry both in an insurance and broking company. She has extensive experience in insurance sales management, training and development. She underwent an extensive Management Development Program and carries with her 10 years of experience in management capacity. 

Richelle has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years. Has extensive experience in sales, business and agency development and has taken a role as sales and operations head prior to joining Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc. (CIBI) in 2021.

P. M. Alcoba embarked on her insurance career in 1991, joining one of the top non-life insurance companies where she handled accounts related to Property, Personal Accident, Motor, and Casualty. Subsequently, she pursued opportunities with other local non-life insurance companies, specializing in account management.

In 2010, she transitioned to an insurance brokerage firm, expanding her expertise in traditional insurance brokerage functions. During this time, she successfully managed various insurance lines for corporate and commercial clients from various sectors, which include construction, BPO, telecommunications, water utilities, real estate development, and food and beverages.

Her role encompassed a range of transactional insurance services, including risk identification, insurance program design, placement with quality insurance carriers, and claims advocacy services.

Presently, she serves as the Technical and Risk Officer of Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc. (CIBI). Leveraging the experience and knowledge gained from her previous positions, she contributes valuable insights and enhances the services provided by CIBI to its clients.

E.C. Rosal began his non-life insurance career in 1999, joining a multinational non-life insurance company where he handled various lines of insurance, including Property, Personal Accident, and Motor Insurance. In 2008, he made a career transition to one of the top local insurance companies in the Philippines, assuming the role of a Property and Engineering Insurance Underwriter.

In 2019, he seized an opportunity to work for a multinational insurance broker. This move allowed him to expand his expertise in insurance brokerage and risk management advisory services. This included providing non-traditional services such as insurance due diligence audits, claims advocacy services, and insurance program design. Moreover, he played a key role in coordinating with regional markets to secure optimal placement and capacity for large accounts.

He presently holds the position of Compliance, Risk & Technical Officer at Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc. (CIBI). Leveraging the experience and knowledge gained from his previous positions, he contributes valuable insights and reinforces the services provided by CIBI to its clients.
