CBC Assist offers you the convenience of scheduling branch appointments in advance, up to two (2) banking days , through its dedicated appointment booking site.

You can book up to two (2) banking days before your preferred schedule.
Each appointment time slot is 30 minutes.
You are allowed to enter up to fifteen (15) transactions per appointment.
You are allowed to enter at most fifteen (15) checks per transaction.
Each branch can accommodate up to five (5) appointments per time slot.
After booking, you’ll receive a QR code which you should download or save. If you provided a valid email, your appointment details will also be sent to you via email.
Your QR code will still be valid for same-day use at the nearest Chinabank branch, but you will be included in the regular queue without priority.
Scan your QR code at the CBC Assist Kiosk. Once accepted, get your printed queue ticket and wait for your number to be called on the CBC Assist screen.
The Quick-Response (QR) code is valid only on the day of your appointment. You can still use the Quick-Response code if you go to the other Chinabank branch on the same day. However, you will be included in the regular queue and will not be given priority.
Yes. CBC Assist is an added convenience, but walk-ins are still welcome. You can queue at the CBC Assist Kiosk upon arrival.
No, booking an appointment in advance through CBC Assist is free.
No, you can schedule an appointment even if you don’t have a Chinabank account.
