Chinabank Online (Retail Internet Banking) is being deactivated as part of the Bank's transition to My CBC, our enhanced digital banking platform. This transition is designed to provide clients with a more seamless, secure, and convenient banking experience through improved features, enhanced security, and better overall digital services.
Chinabank Online will be officially deactivated on July 31, 2026. After this date, the platform will no longer be accessible. To ensure uninterrupted access to your digital banking services, we encourage you to enroll in and start using My CBC before the deactivation date.
Your bank accounts will remain active and will not be affected by the deactivation of Chinabank Online (Retail Internet Banking). You can continue to access and manage your accounts through My CBC App, My CBC Online, China Bank ATMs, and any China Bank branch.
To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to complete the following before the deactivation date:
Enroll in My CBC.
Verify that your registered mobile number and email address are up to date. If you need to update either, simply visit or coordinate with your Branch of Account for assistance.
Save or download any transaction records or other important information you may need for future reference.
You can enroll in My CBC by downloading the My CBC app and following the on-screen registration instructions. To complete your enrollment, you will need an active Chinabank deposit account and credit card.
Once your enrollment is successful, you can use the same username and password to access both the My CBC App and My CBC Online.
Please note that a 24-hour activation period applies after successful registration. During this time, you will receive status updates via your registered email address and mobile number through SMS.
All existing recurring and scheduled bills payment and fund transfer instructions set up in Chinabank Online will be cancelled on July 31, 2026 and will no longer be processed after the deactivation date.
To continue using these services, we encourage you to create new recurring or scheduled bills payment and fund transfer instructions through the My CBC App or My CBC Online after your enrollment.

Yes. Your enrolled Payees and Billers from Chinabank Online will be automatically transferred when you enroll in My CBC, making it easier for you to continue your transactions without having to set them up again. If any of your enrolled Payees or Billers are not transferred, you can easily add them again through My CBC and continue enjoying seamless transactions.
Yes. My CBC is equipped with enhanced security features and authentication measures to provide a more secure and convenient banking experience while helping protect your accounts, personal information, and transactions.
Once Chinabank Online is deactivated, you will no longer be able to access the platform or use its digital banking services. To continue enjoying uninterrupted access to China Bank's digital banking services, we encourage you to enroll in My CBC before the deactivation date.
