Chinabank Mobile App will be deactivated on May 15, 2026.

What this means for you:

  • Access: After May 15, you will no longer be able to log in via the Chinabank Mobile App.
  • Security: Your account information, balances, and history remain completely safe and unaffected by this transition.
  • The Solution: To maintain uninterrupted access to your accounts, please switch to the My CBC app today.

 

How to switch:

  1. Download My CBC, then tap “Register Now”
  2. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
  3. Provide the required details and tap "Next"
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap "Submit"
  5. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address, then tap "Submit"
  6. Nominate your Username and Password, follow the on-screen instructions, and tap “Submit”

Note: Once you're enrolled, there will be a 24-hour waiting period. During this time, you'll receive updates via email and SMS. If you don't receive any notification, please reach out to our Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or email customercare@chinabank. ph.

Deactivation of Chinabank Mobile Banking

Chinabank Mobile Banking is being deactivated as the Bank transitions to My CBC, a newer and more secure digital banking platform. Customers are encouraged to download the My CBC app and register their Chinabank account to continue using digital banking services.

The App will be officially deactivated on May 15, 2026. After this date, users will no longer be able to access the app.

Your bank accounts will remain active and unaffected. You can continue to access them through:

  • My CBC App 
  • My CBC Online 
  • Chinabank ATMs 
  • Chinabank branches 

Before the deactivation, customers are advised to:

  • Ensure your registered mobile number and email address are up to date in bank records
  • Download the My CBC app and register
  • Re‑set up any scheduled or recurring bill payments and fund transfers previously set up in Chinabank Mobile to avoid interruptions

You may register through the My CBC app by following the onscreen instructions. An active Chinabank deposit account or credit card is required for enrollment. 

Yes. You may nominate your existing Chinabank Mobile Banking username during registration. If the username is unavailable or not allowed, you will be prompted to choose a different one.

No. If you are already enrolled in My CBC, no further action is needed. 

Yes. My CBC uses enhanced security features and authentication measures, including biometric login and passkey technology, to help protect your accounts and transactions.

All scheduled and recurring bill payments and fund transfer instructions set up in Chinabank Mobile Banking will be discontinued on May 16, 2026 and will no longer be processed. To avoid interruptions, customers are encouraged to set them up again using My CBC App or My CBC Online.

Once Chinabank Mobile Banking is deactivated, you will no longer be able to access it. To continue using Chinabank’s digital banking services, enrollment in My CBC is recommended.
