Heads up! Scheduled and recurring bills payments and fund transfers set up in Chinabank Mobile will stop once the app is deactivated. To avoid any interruptions, download and register on My CBC and set them up again.
Certain Chinabank Mobile features will not yet be fully migrated to My CBC upon Chinabank Mobile's decommissioning on May 15, 2026.
Users are encouraged to take note of these temporary limitations and plan their activities accordingly while these features are being made fully available.
