PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The offer is available from September 18 to 20, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers using qualified Chinabank
Credit Cards during the promo period at ACE Hardware Save-tember Sale:
a.) Up to 50% OFF on select items
b.) Additional 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱3,000 with ACE Rewards or SMAC/Prestige Cards
c.) Additional 200 SMAC Points for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱5,000 with ACE Rewards or SMAC/Prestige Cards
d.) EXTRA 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱3,000 (straight) or ₱10,000 (0% installment). Discount is capped at ₱3,000 per qualified transaction.
4. Discount is given at point-of-sale for qualified transactions.
5. The Promo is valid for in-store purchases only of regular and marked-down items at select ACE Hardware stand-alone branches: 
6.The minimum purchase requirement is defined as the net of all applicable SM discounts (i.e., class discounts, SMAC/SM Prestige discounts, and other SM discounts).
7.The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with Chinabank’s other promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
8. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed. Multiple transactions using one or more qualified Chinabank Credit Card/s under one Cardholder within a 15-minute interval shall be considered as a split transaction. If found to have split transaction, only the first qualified transaction will be eligible for the discount.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
11. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
