PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts areactive, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from April 27, 2026 to August 31, 2026 Blackout dates: All Legal, Special & Public Holiday and during Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
3. Cardholders are entitled to 50% OFF on total bill (food and drinks) with a minimum purchase of
₱5,000, maximum discount of ₱2,500 valid every Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only at The Beer Factory when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card for payment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.

6. The offer is valid for dine-in transaction only, strictly no Take out.
7. The offer is valid on total bill every Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only.
8. Not valid in conjunction with other promos & discounts.
9. The Discount is not applicable to VAT, service charges, and other prevailing local taxes.
10. The offer can only be availed once per Card, per table. Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is not allowed.
11. The offer/s is non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
12. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
15. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Beer Factory.
16. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
17. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
