20% OFF at Red Jade, The Manila Hotel

PROMO MECHANICS

 

1. The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing* .
2. The Promo Period is extended from February 18 to December 30, 2026. Blackout dates: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 20% OFF for a minimum spend of 3,000 and maximum discount of 5,000; 20% OFF on Chef’s Recommendation at Red Jade, The Manila Hotel when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card for payment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
5. Prior reservation is required.
6. Minimum of 5 pax and maximum of 10 pax per card meal period.
7. The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
8. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, promotions, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
10. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
11. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Red Jade, The Manila Hotel.
12. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
