1) Go to China Bank Online Corporate Banking page
2) Click FORGOTTEN CREDENTIALS 
3) Click Forgot your User ID?
4) Provide all the required information

A system generated email containing the User ID will be sent to User’s registered email address once processed.

Please note that the personal details encoded must match the information submitted on the Enrollment form and nominated credentials during initial registration."

1) Go to China Bank Online Corporate Banking page
2) Click FORGOTTEN CREDENTIALS 
3) Click Forgot your Password?
4) Click Both if primary and secondary password can no longer be recalled
5) Provide all the required information

A system generated email containing the temporary password will be sent to User’s registered email address once processed.

1) Go to China Bank Online Corporate Banking page
2) Click FORGOTTEN CREDENTIALS 
3) Click Request for Password Unlock
4) Provide all the required information      

A system generated email confirming that the User has been unlock will be sent to the User’s registered email address

A One-Time Password or OTP is a unique 6-digit code that will be required from the User in order to access the China Bank Online Corporate and do online banking transactions.

All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFI) have been required by BSP to adopt the minimum two factor authentication to validate and verify the identity and authorization of customers for online transactions, providing additional security to company and users. 

An OTP will be required once User try to log in to the China Bank Online Corporate via web browser.

The Bank will give the User the two (2) options to generate and receive the OTP.

  1. OTP via SMS.  The User will receive OTP via SMS sent to User’s registered mobile number.
  2. OTP via Mobile OTP Application.  The User will generate OTP using the Bank’s Mobile OTP Application.

A user may choose whether to receive their OTP via the China Bank OTP App or via SMS by indicating in the Enrollment & Maintenance Form. 

No. Upon successful processing of the application, users will no longer receive OTPs via SMS and must use the China Bank OTP App to receive OTPs. 

Users may still try to log in and encode again the OTP up to four consecutive times.

Entering incorrect OTP for four (4) consecutive times will automatically block the User. To unlock, please call (+632) 888-55-888 (press 1 then 0) to speak to a Phone Banker or email at contactcenter@chinabank.ph and cashmgt@chinabank.ph for assistance.

None. OTPs both from the Mobile OTP App and SMS are free. 

The China Bank OTP Application is a system that generates the OTP using a mobile device. Instead of receiving the OTP via SMS, the User will generate the OTP through his mobile device without the need for an internet connection or mobile network.

The China Bank Corp Mobile App is available on Play Store (for Android) and on App Store (for iOS).

No. The China Bank OTP has to be registered and activated first by the User with their mobile device.

  1. Download and install the China Bank OTP application in your mobile phone.
    The Mobile OTP Application is available in Google Play (for Android) and in App Store (for iOS).
     
  2. Once installed, open the mobile app and click the OK button

  3. Click UDID Info button. The system will automatically provide a unique 20-digit UDID. 
    Please take note of this as you will use this once you logged-in your BOB account and to activate Mobile OTP.

  4. Log in your Corporate Online Banking account using web browser. Then, Click “Click here to activate Mobile OTP”

  5. Input the needed information on the following:
    Activating Password: Enter a 4 – 16 digits Password. Note that this will be the same Activation Password that you will enter on your device. 
    CHINA BANK MOBILE OTP UDID: The 20-digit UDID generated on your mobile app 

  6. Click SUBMIT then tap OK button

  7. A 25-digit activation code will be generated. Enter the code on your mobile device.

  8. Open your Mobile OTP app then click Generate OTP button.
    You will be prompted to enter the Activation Password and Activation Code. 
    Activation Password: the password you nominated on your own (refer to step #5)
    Activation Code: 25-digit activation code (refer to step #6)

  9. Click SUBMIT button. If the activation is successful, you will be prompted this message – “Your mobile OTP token has been successfully activated.”

  10. You may now use the Mobile OTP application in generating 6-digit OTP.

A 6-digit code will be shown on the mobile screen once User click “Generate OTP” thru the China Bank OTP App.

The OTP from China Bank OTP App is valid for sixty (60) seconds only from the time it was generated by the App.

The China Bank OTP App can be used in any Android, iOS Smart Phones and Tablet devices.

To transfer the China Bank OTP App to new mobile device, please call (+632) 888-55-888 (press 1 then 0) to speak to a Phone Banker or email contactcenter@chinabank.ph and cashmgt@chinabank.ph for proper assistance.

The User will be prompted to update the application once there is a new version available.

No. The China Bank OTP does not need internet connection to generate OTPs. 

By default, all Users are set to receive the OTP via SMS. OTPs will be sent to the User's registered mobile number indicated on the submitted China Bank Online Corporate - Enrollment and Maintenance form.

In order to receive OTP via SMS, Users need a mobile phone, strong network coverage area, and an active local mobile number capable of receiving SMS.

The OTP via SMS is valid for five (5) minutes only from the time it was sent to User's registered mobile number.

In case OTPs does not immediately receive, Users may restart the device to refresh the connection and log in again to their China Bank Online Corporate. If the User still cannot receive OTPs via SMS, please call (+632) 888-55-888 (press 1 then 0) to speak to a Phone Banker or email contactcenter@chinabank.ph and cashmgt@chinabank.ph for assistance.

Only one (1) mobile number per User is allowed to be registered in SMS OTP.

No. We do not allow registration of international mobile number. Only Philippine mobile number can be registered in China Bank Online Corporate.

No. Users will only receive OTPs via SMS if they are located in the Philippines. To receive OTP outside the Philippines, User should coordinate with their China Bank Branch of Account to fill-out maintenance form and update OTP type from SMS to Mobile OTP Application.

Yes. To change the User’s registered mobile number for OTPs via SMS, User needs to fill out the China Bank Online Corporate – Maintenance form.

Once accomplished, submit the Form signed by company's authorized signatories to their China Bank Branch of Account.

The China Bank Corporate Mobile App is an online banking system design to run on a mobile device used to view account balance and approve transactions. User does not need to enter or generate OTP in order to use the Mobile App.

The China Bank Mobile OTP app is a system that generates the OTP using a mobile device, while the China Bank Corporate Mobile App is an online banking system design to run on a mobile device used to view account balance and approve transactions.

User can do the following in China Bank Corp Mobile App:

  1. View balance of all accounts enrolled.
  2. View and approve all transactions initiated by the Maker at China Bank Online Corporate web/browser version.

No. A separate enrollment is not required for the company’s account and users. 

Yes. The China Bank Corporate Mobile App requires initial registration per User. Upon successful downloading of the Mobile App, User will receive an e-mail containing a registration code. User has to enter the code on his mobile device. Once the correct code is entered, user can already start using the application.

Yes. User access credentials can be used for both China Bank Mobile OTP App and China Bank Corporate Mobile App.
