Withdraw Cardless with JUMP

How to Create a JUMP (Cardless Withdrawal) transaction
1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)"
3. Tap "Pay to Mobile"
4. Provide the required details. The amount should be divisible by 100.
5. Select "ATM" as the receive mode option and nominate a  6-digit Passcode. Tap Next.
6. Review and confirm the details of your transaction and tap Confirm
7. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation of your successful Pay to Mobile (JUMP) staging transaction will be displayed.
Inform your payee of your nominated 6-digit Passcode which they will be using to collect the cash from any China Bank ATM.

How Your Payee Can Collect a JUMP (Cardless Withdrawal) transaction
1. At any China Bank ATM, press the Enter key to enable cardless transactions and select JUMP (Just Use your Mobile Phone)
2. Select JUMP (Just Use your Mobile Phone). Enter the reference number sent to their mobile number and tap Correct
3. Enter the 6-digit Passcode shared by you, the sender
4. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their mobile number
5. Get the cash and receipt from the ATM

Deposit Money to your Payee's Account with JUMP

How to Create a JUMP (Deposit to Account) transaction:
1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)"
3. Tap "Pay to Mobile"
4. Enter the required details. The amount has to be divisible by 100.
5. Choose “Deposit to Account” as the Receive mode option and create a 5 to 8-digit Alphanumeric Passcode. Tap Next.
6. Review and confirm the details of your transaction
7. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A Confirmation of your successful Pay to Mobile (Deposit to Account) staging transaction will be displayed
Inform your payee about your nominated Passcode which they will be using to deposit the cash to their Bank Account

How Your Payee Can Collect a JUMP (Deposit to Account) transaction:
Note: The receiver should download the China Bank Mobile App to collect the payment

1. From the China Bank Mobile Banking app main screen, tap the side menu.
2. Tap “Information and Services”
3. Tap “Receive from Mobile”
4. Enter the transaction reference number sent to their registered mobile number, amount, and alphanumeric passcode from the sender. Select the target bank and enter the account number. Tap Next.
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password ) sent to their mobile number and tap Next.

A Confirmation of their successful Pay to Mobile (Deposit to Account) collection will be displayed.

Cancel a JUMP Transaction

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)"
3. Swipe left to view action to be done to the transaction
4. Tap Cancel and then tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation of the successful cancellation will be displayed.

Add a Payee for Cash Pick-up or Delivery

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Cash"
3. Tap "Add Payee"
4. Select mode of payment and enter your payee's  details
5. Review and confirm the details of your transaction
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation message will be displayed containing the status of enrollment and payee details. Your payee will be added in your Pay to Cash payee list.
Both you and your payee will receive an SMS sent to your registered mobile numbers, containing the status and reference number of the transaction.

Cash Pick-up or Cash Delivery

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Cash"
3. Choose a payee from your list
4. Provide the required details and tap Next
5. Review and confirm the details of your transaction
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation message will be displayed containing the transaction details and the status of the transaction. You may tap "Add to One-Click Pay to Cash" to easily make the same transaction next time

Cancel a Cash Pick-up or Cash Delivery Transaction

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Cash"
3. Swipe to view action to be done to the chosen transaction
4. Tap Cancel and then tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile number

A confirmation of the successful cancellation will be displayed.

What are the eligible accounts for JUMP transactions?

Peso Deposit/Cash Card Accounts that are linked to your China Bank ATM Card/Cash Card are eligible for NOW transactions.

Can I edit or remove a payee?

Yes, provided that you don’t have a future scheduled transaction.

You may edit or remove a payee by doing these steps:
1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Cash"
3. Swipe left on the payee you want to edit or remove
4. Tap on ""Remove"" if you want to delete payee or "Edit" if you want to edit the payee's details
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password ) sent to your mobile number

A Confirmation of the successful edit or removal will be displayed.

Can I edit an existing JUMP transaction?

No. Editing of JUMP transactions is not allowed. You can only cancel an existing transaction and create a new one.

How will I know if my JUMP transaction is successful?

You will be notified via SMS when your JUMP transaction is successful.
You may also log in to your China Bank Mobile app to check the status of your transaction by doing these steps:
1. Go to "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)" to view the transaction and its status

What should I do if my JUMP transaction is unsuccessful?

For Cancelled, Failed, and Expired transactions, the transaction amount will be automatically reversed. However, transaction fees will not be reversed or refunded.
In case the Transaction Amount was not reversed, you may call our Customer Care Hotline at (02)888-55-888.

How will I know if my JUMP transaction has been claimed by my payee?

To know if your payee has claimed the funds, you may check the status of the transaction by doing these steps:
1. Go to "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)" to view the transaction and its status

How many JUMP transactions can I make in a  day?

You can make five (5) JUMP (ATM) transactions per day, as long as you don't reach the daily limit of Php10,000.00.
You can make ten (10) JUMP (Deposit to Account) transactions per day, as long as you don't reach the daily limit of Php25,000.00.

Is my ATM Withdrawal limit different from my JUMP transaction limits?

Yes, your ATM Card withdrawal limit is different from your JUMP transaction limit of Php10,000.00.

What will happen if my payee enters a wrong detail while withdrawing money from the ATM?

Your payee has four (4) attempts to withdraw the amount. After the fourth invalid attempt, the status of the transaction will be tagged as “Failed” and the transaction amount will be automatically reversed and credited to your account. However, your transaction fee will not be reversed or refunded.

How long is my JUMP (ATM Withdrawal) transaction valid?

Your payee may withdraw the funds from any China Bank within 24 hours.

Can I edit an existing Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction?

No, editing of Cash Pick-up or Delivery transactions is not allowed. You can only cancel an existing transaction and create a new one.

How will I know if my Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction is successful?

You will be notified via SMS when your Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction is successful.

You may also check the status of your transaction by doing these steps:
1. Go to "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Cash" to view the transaction and its status

How long does it take for my payee to receive the funds from my Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction?

Cash Pick-up
The transaction is already available for payout as soon as you receive an email and SMS confirmation. You may already provide the reference number to your payee. He/She must present the reference number, together with a valid ID when claiming the funds from any of the outlets mentioned above.

Cash Delivery
All transactions created on or before 11:00AM, will be delivered within the day. Transactions created beyond 11:00AM will be delivered the following day. Kindly take note that delivery time is dependent on the availability of the payee at the given address.

How will I know if my Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction has been claimed by my payee?

You may go to "Remit Status Inquiry" and enter the reference number of your transaction.

You may also check the status of the transaction by doing these steps:

1. Go to "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Mobile (JUMP)" to view the transaction and its status

What should I do if my Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction is unsuccessful?

How many Cash Pick-up and Cash Delivery transactions can I make in a day?

You can make up to 100 Cash Pick-up or Delivery transactions in a day, as long as you haven't reached the daily limit of Php200,000.00 and Php300,000.00, respectively.

How long is my Cash Pick-up transaction valid?

Your payee may claim the funds from any outlet within 90 days.

If the funds remain unclaimed after the 90 day period, it will be credited back to your account. However, take note that the service fee will not be reimbursed.

Can my payee check the status of the Cash Pick-up or Cash Delivery transaction?

Yes. Your payee may check the status of the transaction by downloading the China Bank Mobile App.
Select "Remit Status Inquiry" on the side menu of the China Bank Mobile App main screen and enter the reference number to check the status of the transaction.

What rate will apply if I have a scheduled Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction settled from my USD account?

The rate applied will be the bank’s prevailing rate on the execution date.

What will happen to my scheduled Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction if the source account has no sufficient fund at the date of execution?

Your transaction will not be executed and the status will be "Failed". You may fund your account and create another Cash Pick-up or Delivery transaction.

What should I do if I encounter problems while transacting using the China Bank Mobile App?
