The China Bank Mobile app gives you access to more than 100 billers so you can now pay your bills without having to line up at payment centers.

How to Pay your Bills in the China Bank Mobile App:

Log in and go to “Pay or Transfer”   Select “To Billers” and add your biller   Pay your bill   Add to One Click Payment to quickly pay the same biller next time

Quick Guide to your Transactions

Pay to a Non-Added Biller
  1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu.
  2. Select “To Billers” and tap “Pay Bill”.
  3. Choose a biller category or select a biller.
  4. Enter your bill payment transaction details. Tap Next
  5. Review and confirm the details of your bill payment transaction and tap Confirm.
  6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  7. A confirmation of your successful bill payment transaction will be displayed.
Add a Biller
  1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu.
  2. Select “To Billers” and tap “Add Biller”.
  3. Choose a biller category or select a biller by tapping the biller name.
  4. Enter biller details. Assign a biller nickname and indicate biller account number.
  5. Review and confirm the details of your add biller transaction and tap Confirm.
Pay to an Added Biller
  1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu.
  2. Select “To Billers” and select by tapping the enrolled biller record under My Billers list.
  3. Enter bill payment transaction details – select debit account number, enter amount and remarks (optional). Tap Next.
  4. Review and confirm the details of your bill payment transaction and tap Confirm.
  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) then tap next.
  6. A confirmation of your successful bill payment transaction will be displayed.
Edit Biller Nickname
  1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu.
  2. Select “To Billers”, select the enrolled biller and swipe to the left to view action to be done.
  3. Select Edit and enter the new nickname for your biller. Tap Confirm.
Remove Biller
  1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu.
  2. Select “To Billers”. Choose the enrolled biller and swipe to the left to view action to be done.
  3. Select Remove and click OK.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I immediately start paying after adding a biller?

Yes, adding of billers is real time. Once the biller is added, you can immediately start paying.

Can I pay my bill without adding the biler?

Yes. You can pay your bills without adding the biller but we hihgly recommend that you add your frequently paid bills for your convenience.

Is there a fee for bills payment transactions?

No. Paying bills using the China Bank Mobile App is free of charge.

Is there an amount limit for bills payment transactions?

There is no amount limit for bills payment. However, your account balance should be sufficient to cover the payment you are about to make.

Can I schedule a bills payment transaction?

Yes. You can schedule a bills payment transaction by editing the date before confirming your payment.

Can I repeat the same bills payment transaction every month?

Yes. Just click on the “Recurring” tickbox to repeat your bills payment transaction every month.

Is there a cut-off time for bills payment transactions?

No. There is no cut-off time for bills payment transactions. You can pay your bills any time you want.

When will my payment be posted?

Your payment will be posted after 2 to 3 banking days.

Can I still pay a bill after its due date?

Yes. You can still pay for a bill that is past its due date. However, please be reminded that we are not responsible for any charges that your biller may charge. We encourage you to pay your bills before their due date.

Can I cancel a bills payment transaction?

Once the payment is successfully made, you can no longer cancel the transaction.

What should I do if I encounter problems while paying my bills?

If you encounter any errors while transacting, you may call our Customer Service Hotline at (02)888-55-888 or go to your branch of account to check the status of your transaction.
