As an added convenience to customers during the holiday rush, a total of 79 China Bank branches will be open on the declared non-working holidays: December 24, 30, 31. And to ensure that China Bank customers nationwide will not be affected by the holiday break, the Bank’s convenient and secure electronic channels—China Bank Tellercard (ATM), China Bank Online (mobile app and internet banking) and China Bank Tellerphone (phone banking)—are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Some of the branches that will be open this holiday season will be observing their regular banking hours—from 9 AM to 5 PM, while some will be on a half-day or shortened banking schedule. Please click here for more details.
On top of the 62 branches that are regularly open on Saturdays, 59 more China Bank branches will have a special Saturday banking schedule on December 22 and 29, while Catbalogan and Calbayog branches will be open on December 23, Sunday.
Regular banking operations of all China Bank branches will resume on January 2, 2019.
China Bank and its thrift bank arm China Bank Savings have a total branch network of 620 branches nationwide. This year, China Bank beefed up its footprint by 22 branches, including the one opening in Guiguinto, Bulacan on December 20. The Bank is targeting to add 23 more branches in 2019.
