1. Who are qualified for a China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Membership?

China Bank Prime or Platinum Mastercard Principal Cardholders are qualified for a complimentary China Bank-SMAC Membership. China Bank World or Wealth Mastercard Principal Cardholders are qualified for a complimentary China Bank-SMAC Prestige Membership. The complimentary membership may be enjoyed by Cardholders within the initial validity of his/her issued China Bank Credit Card.

2. How can I be given a China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Membership?

Qualified Cardholders should opt in to the benefit by calling China Bank Customer Service 24/7 Hotline at +632 888-55-888. Further, they must meet the spend requirement based on the SMAC Card type using their China Bank Credit Card. The spend requirement for China Bank-SMAC is Php10,000 and China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card is Php50,000.

3. If I am a new China Bank Credit Cardholder and I did not opt in for China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Membership, can I still do so at a later date?

Yes. As long as your China Bank Credit Card is active and in good credit standing, you may opt in to this complimentary feature within the validity of your newly issued China Bank Credit Card any time by calling the China Bank Customer Service 24/7 Hotline at +632 888-55-888.

4. When will I receive my China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card?

If you have opted in, your China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card will be delivered to your billing address on record once you have met the required spend based on the card type. Delivery will be ten to fifteen (10 to 15) banking days upon creation of your China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card. Please ensure your billing address on record is updated.

5. Can I transfer my earned SMAC Points from my regular SMAC/SMAC Prestige Card to my China Bank-SMAC/China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card?

Yes. You may request through www.smac.ph the transfer of your earned SMAC Points from your regular SMAC or SMAC Prestige Card to your China Bank-SMAC or China Bank-SMAC Prestige Card.
