PROMO MECHANICS

I. Qualifications

The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

II. Promo Details:

  1. The Promo Period is until September 15, 2024.
    • Booking period is until September 15, 2024.
    • Stay period is until October 15, 2024.
    • Blackout dates apply: April 29-30, 2024; June 9-11, 2024; and August 19-21, 25-27, 2024.

  2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Twin Lakes Hotel:
    • 50% OFF on accommodations based on Published Rates
    • 40% OFF on Full Body Massage and Foot Reflexology at L’Uva Vineyard Spa

III. How to Avail

  1. Prior reservation is required via e-mail. Kindly confirm preferred dates and inform Twin Lakes Hotel that the guest/s will avail of the discount/privilege. Room reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation letter. For reservations and inquiries, contact:

  2. To avail of the offer/s, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at Twin Lakes Hotel.

IV. Terms and Conditions

  1. Blackout dates apply especially on peak dates. Initial blackout dates: April 29-30, 2024; June 9-11, 2024; and August 19-21, 25-27, 2024. 
  2. Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
  3. Prior reservation is required at least 2 weeks before the preferred stay dates.
  4. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and Club Access membership during the same period.
  5. Booking is non-refundable.
  6. Only a maximum of 3 adults will be allowed per Superior/Deluxe/Premier room. The third adult will be charged P2,000 inclusive of breakfast and toiletries. For 2-Bedroom Suite, only a maximum of 6 adults will be allowed, and the 5th and 6th adults are subject to the Extra Person fee of P2,000 nett/guest.
  7. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
  8. Only one eligible Chinabank Credit Card shall be accepted per transaction.
  9. The cancellation policy of Twin Lakes Hotel shall apply.
  10. The general hotel terms and conditions of Twin Lakes Hotel shall apply.
  11. The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit or gift certificates.
  12. The offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other membership cards, discount coupons, promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
  13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  14. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
  15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Twin Lakes Hotel.
  16. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Twin Lakes Hotel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
  17. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
