PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- Booking period is from February 15 to August 31, 2024. Stay period is from February 15 to September 30, 2024.
- Cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF on Deluxe Rooms based on Best Available Rates when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at The Manila Hotel.

- All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
- The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, or gift certificates.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The standard room cancellation policy of The Manila Hotel shall apply.
- The general hotel terms and conditions of The Manila Hotel shall apply.
- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offer/s and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer/s to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Manila Hotel.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and The Manila Hotel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
