I. Qualifications

The promotion is open to all existing cardholders in good credit standing* of the following Chinabank Credit Cards:

II. Program Details

Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use they Chinabank Credit Card for payment on the Shopee App:

  • Promo: Shopee’s 9.9 Super Shopping Day
  • Promo Offer: P300 OFF for a minimum spend of P2,500 via Shopee mobile app
  • Promo Duration: September 1 to 10, 2024
  • Promo Code: CHINABANK99
  • Validity: 1x use

III. How to Avail of the Promotional Offer

  1. Shop using the Shopee App.
  2. Select the items you wish to purchase and click “BUY NOW”.
  3. To proceed with checkout, enter your e-mail address and shipping details.
  4. Click your preloaded voucher (check your voucher wallet) or enter the voucher code.
  5. Click “Select payment method” and choose “Credit / Debit Card” as option.
  6. Select or add your participating Chinabank Credit Card and click “Confirm”.
  7. Promotional discount will be automatically applied to your purchase upon checkout.

IV. Terms & Conditions

  1. Qualified Chinabank Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the promotional discount within the applicable promotional period.
  2. Promotional discount is ₱300 OFF per minimum spend of ₱2,500.
  3. Promotional discount is valid for eligible Shopee users during the promo period.
  4. Promotional discount is for one-time use per Shopee user per Campaign.
  5. Promotional discount cannot be reapplied after a qualified order has been cancelled by the cardholder unless reason for cancellation is deemed valid upon investigation. (e.g. delay in receipt of OTP).
  6. Promotional discount is valid for new and existing Shopee registered customers.
  7. Promotional discount cannot be applied retroactively.
  8. The promotional discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  9. Promotional discounts are only valid on preferred and Shopee Mall stores excluding products under the “Loads, Bills, and eServices” category.
  10. Promotional discount is valid on orders to be delivered via integrated couriers.
  11. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
  12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
  13. Chinabank reserves the right to charge the amount of the promotional discount to the account of the cardholder should:
    • The transaction that qualified the Cardholder to the promotional discount be subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or invalid.
    • The Cardholder violate any of the terms and conditions of the promotion and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card.

  14. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promotional discount shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shopee.
  15. Shopee reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
  16. In case of disputes related to the promotion, the decision of Chinabank and Shopee with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  17. By participating in this promotion, the Chinabank Credit Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promotion mechanics and its terms and conditions.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
