PROMO MECHANICS
I. Qualifications
The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
II. Promo Details:
- The Promo Period is until September 15, 2024.
- Booking period is until September 15, 2024.
- Stay period is until October 15, 2024.
- Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Savoy Hotel Boracay:
- 10% OFF on Accommodations based on Promotional Rates
- Inclusive of Breakfast for Two (2)
- Complimentary Scheduled Shuttle Service - Going to and from D'Mall
- Complimentary 30-minute non-motorized aqua sports (paddle boarding, kayaking)
- Coffee and tea making facility in the room
- Complimentary bathroom amenities
- Complimentary use of swimming pool, gym, and party pool
- Complimentary WI-FI access in the room, public areas, and Newcoast Beach
- 15% OFF on Food and Beverage (except in-room service)
- 15% OFF on Spa Services
III. How to Avail

- To avail of the offer/s, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
IV. Terms and Conditions
- The Existing Cancellation and No Show Policies of Savoy Hotel Boracay shall apply.
- The general hotel terms and conditions of Savoy Hotel Boracay shall apply.
- All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
- The booking is transferable but not refundable and not convertible to cash. The guest shall present a Letter of Authority should the reservation be transferred to another person.
- Airfare, round trip land, and boat transfers are not included in the offer.
- The offer/s cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of the hotel and of its partners and affiliates.
- Mandatory fees during super peak dates and blackout dates shall be settled accordingly.
- The offer/s cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, VIP cards, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Check-In/ Check-Out Time Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 12:00pm of the following day.
- Incidental Deposit Policy: Security deposit of P2,000.00 net per room per night is required. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
- 100% of the daily rate will be charged for early check-in between 5:00am – 8:00pm.
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged for early check-in between 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged for late check-out between 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
- 100% of the daily rate shall be charged for the late check-out beyond 6:00pm.
- Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be responsible for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to fortuitous event, labor dispute, flight/ boat transfer cancellations, or circumstances beyond the control of the hotel. However, bookings can be rebooked, but not refunded, within 3 months from the date of cancellation subject to rate difference and room availability. Rebooking is not applicable during super peak period.
- Room Upgrade: Room upgrade to a higher category may be requested from reservations or front desk, subject to room availability and rate difference.
- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Savoy Hotel Boracay.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Savoy Hotel Boracay with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
