Extra 10% OFF sitewide at Rustans.com

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

  2. The promo is valid from September 9 to 11, 2024.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to get an extra 10% off sitewide for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P5,000 at Rustans.com. Discount capped at P5,000. 

  4. To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Rustans.com during the promo period and use the promo code RCCCB2024 upon checkout. 

  5. Only one (1) promo code may be used per transaction/per customer.

  6. The code is valid in Rustans.com only and does not apply in Rustan’s physical stores and Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call. 

  7. The offer/s cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other products in kind.

  8. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, privileges, PWD discount, and other government-mandated discounts unless specified.

  9. The Terms and Conditions of Rustans.com shall apply.

  10. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.

  11. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision and Rustans.com, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

  12. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Rustans.com.

  13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
