PROMO MECHANICS
I. Qualifications
The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
II. Promo Details:
- The Promo Period is from September 8, 2024, 8pm to September 13, 2024, 11:59pm.
- Cardholders are entitled to the offer below at LAZADA via the Lazada mobile app:
- Promo Offer: P300 OFF at Lazada’s 9.9 Mega Brands Sale
- Availment/Spend Conditions: Minimum spend of P3,000
- Discount Voucher Validity: 1x use
III. How to Avail
- Download the Lazada app for free via App Store for Apple users or Google Play store for Android users.
- Collect the Discount Voucher on the Promo Landing Page: lzd.co/CHINABANK2024.
- Select the item/s you wish to purchase then click “Add to Cart”. Prepare your card details for the transaction.
- Click the Shopping Cart icon on the right, topmost portion of the screen to view all the items on your Shopping Cart.
- Select the item/s you wish to purchase and once you have reviewed the items on your Shopping Cart, click “Check Out”.
- Enter your shipping and billing information and select Credit Card as the payment method.
- Enter your Chinabank Credit Card details.
- Collected Discount Voucher will automatically apply once all purchase requirements for the promo are met. Make sure to check if the discount was applied to total billing before proceeding to place the order.
- Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction.
IV. Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder must use an eligible Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Lazada.
- Discount Voucher is valid on regular and sale items at Lazada.
- Minimum spend requirement is P3,000. Minimum spend applies to total price of selected items in cart prior to any discounts.
- Discount Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.
- Discount Voucher amount cannot be applied retroactively.
- Discount Voucher is not applicable to items marked “Voucher code not applicable on this item”.
- Discount Voucher is not applicable to digital goods, stores with digital goods product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code), and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.
- All cancelled orders will not be valid for re-instatement of Discount Vouchers.
- Applicable only to eligible Chinabank Credit Card BINs and eligible items.
- Discount Vouchers/payment codes cannot be used with other collectible or static code discount vouchers.
- The use of the Discount Voucher is subject to the Lazada Voucher Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Chinabank reserves the right to charge the amount of the promo offer to the account of the Cardholder should:
a. The transaction that qualified the Cardholder to the discount be subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or invalid.
b. The Cardholder violate any of the terms and conditions of the promo and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card.
- The Cardholder’s use of the Lazada shop shall be governed by the terms and conditions of Lazada. Any complaint or dispute related to said use shall be referred solely to Lazada. Chinabank shall not be liable or responsible for any claim or loss suffered or incurred by the Cardholder due or attribute to Lazada.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
