1. Credit Card guarantee is required.
2. Rates are valid for single or double occupancy.
3. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
4. Cancellation is allowed 48 hours or 3 days prior to the check-in date.
5. The cancellation policy of Kingsford Hotel Manila shall apply.
6. The general hotel terms and conditions of Kingsford Hotel Manila shall apply.

7. No minimum spend required.
8. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
General Terms and Conditions
9. The offers are not available during public holidays and blackout dates.
10. The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit or gift certificates.
11. The offers cannot be exchanged for other items, services or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Kingsford Hotel Manila Hotel.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Kingsford Hotel Manila with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
