PROMO MECHANICS
I. Qualifications
The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
II. Promo Details:
- The Promo Period is until September 15, 2024.
- Booking period is until September 15, 2024.
- Stay period is until October 15, 2024.
- Blackout dates apply: all special and government-declared holidays.
- Cardholders are entitled to the following special rates when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Hotel Lucky Chinatown:
- P3,400 Nett on Standard Room
- P4,400 Nett on Junior Suite Room
- P6,400 Nett on Executive Suite Room
- All rates are inclusive of the following:
- Overnight stay in the preferred room category
- Breakfast for Two (2) persons
- Complimentary access to Wi-Fi
- Complimentary bottled water
- Complimentary access to fitness center
- 12% VAT and 1% Local Tax
III. How to Avail
- Advance reservation is required at least 3 days before preferred stay. The Cardholder must call via call or e-mail Hotel Lucky Chinatown and confirm with the hotel that the guest/s will avail of the Chinabank discount/privilege. For reservations and inquiries, contact:

- To avail of the offer/s, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
IV. Terms and Conditions
- Free booking cancellation and modification is allowed at least one (1) day prior to check-in date. Cancellation or modification made within 24 hrs prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty equivalent to one-night rate. In case of No Show, there will a no-show charge equivalent to one night rate.
- The general hotel terms and conditions of Hotel Lucky Chinatown shall apply.
- All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
- The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit or gift certificates.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotional offers, discounts, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Hotel Lucky Chinatown.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Hotel Lucky Chinatown with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
