PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
- Chinabank Corporate Card, Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, and Prime Cardholders are excluded from promo.
- The Promo is valid from September 6 to 29, 2024, from Fridays to Sundays.
- Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Cardholders (“Cardholders”) will be entitled to a 50% discount on Total Bill at any Greyhound Café branches nationwide from Fridays to Sundays subject to the following conditions:
- Offer is available for lunch or dinner from Friday to Sunday only.
- Offer is available for dine-in transactions only.
- Minimum total bill of Php3,000 is required to be eligible for the discount.
- Maximum Discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is Php3,000 or a maximum total bill of Php6,000.
- Discount will be applicable to Total Bill excluding Service Charge, and applicable government taxes
- Discount applies to one cardholder, per table, per day only.
- Discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Cardholders must inform the representative/s that he/she will avail of the Chinabank offer.
- Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total bill.
- The promo is not applicable for parties, menu bundles, group events and private functions, Privilege and VIP cards.
- Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only 1 card per table per day is allowed.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
- In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- Issues related to the Greyhound Café transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Greyhound Café.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
