- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- Booking period is from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. Stay period is from May 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
- Blackout dates: April 30 to May 1, 2024; October 1 to 7, 2024; December 22, 2024 to January 3, 2025; January 28 to February 3, 2025; April 14 to 20, 2025; and April 30, 2025.
- Cardholders are entitled to 45% OFF on Accommodations at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay based on Published Rates when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
- The offer is valid on applicable room types only: Superior, Premier, Premier Grand, Premier Laguna Pool View, Premier Lucia Pool View, Executive Suite and One-Bedroom Suite.
- The offer is inclusive of Breakfast for Two (2) Persons.
- The offer is not valid during blackout dates.

- To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must use a qualified Chinabank Credit Card for booking. Full immediate prepayment is required via a secure payment link to be sent by the Hotel. The Cardholder must present his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card and a valid ID upon check-in.
- All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
- The booking is non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-cancellable.
- The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, or other items.
- The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel promotions, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The general hotel terms and conditions of Fairways & Bluewater Boracay shall apply.
- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Fairways & Bluewater Boracay.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
