PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
   
   
2. Booking Period is from July 25 to December 31, 2024.
   • Stay Period is from July 25, 2024 to January 15, 2025 (valid on Weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
   • Blackout dates: December 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, 2024, and January 1 and 2, 2025.
     
     
3. Cardholders are entitled to 30% OFF Best Available Rates on Studio and One Bedroom Units at Citadines Salcedo Makati when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
   
   
4. Prior reservation is required by calling and confirming with the property that the guest/s will avail of the discount/privilege. For reservations and inquiries, contact:

5. To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card for the booking. Guest must present a valid ID upon check-in.
   
   
6. The offer is valid on stays during Weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) only.
   
   
7. The standard room cancellation policy of Citadines Salcedo Makati applies.
   
   
8. The general hotel terms and conditions of Citadines Salcedo Makati applies.
   
   
9. The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
   
   
10. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
    
    
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
    
    
12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
    
    
13. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Citadines Salcedo Makati.
    
    
14. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
    
    
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
