PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
   
   
2. Promo period is from September 1 to December 31, 2024.
   
   
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment at www.builtamart.com or Builtamart mobile app.
   
   
   
4. To avail, the cardholder must follow these steps:
   • Visit www.builtamart.com or download the Builtamart mobile app. 
   • New users must complete the sign-up process first. Existing users can log-into their account.
   • Select items and add to cart. Make sure your total reaches at least P4,000 for existing users and P2,500 for new users.
   • Once done, click “Check out”.
   • Under “Discount code or Gift Card”, input the applicable promo code, then click “Apply”.
   • Under “Payment”, choose “Credit/Debit cards and e-Wallets”. 
   • Click “Pay Now”.
   • Input the required details of your qualified Chinabank credit card. Then click, “Complete Order”
     
     
5. Promo codes CB250 or CBNEW must be used upon checkout.
   
   
6. Promo code is applicable to straight transactions only.
   
   
7. Promo discount cannot be re-applied when a qualified order is cancelled by the cardholder.
   
   
8. Shipping or delivery fees and other charges are not included in the computation of the minimum spend requirement.
   
   
9. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
   
   
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
    
    
11. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
    
    
12. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    
    
13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
