I. Qualifications

The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

II. Promo Details:

  1. The Promo Period is until September 15, 2024.
    • Booking period is until September 15, 2024.
    • Stay period is until October 15, 2024.

  2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown:

      • 10% OFF on room accommodations based on Best Available Rates

      • 12% OFF on food and beverage for a minimum single-receipt bill of P2,000

III. How to Avail

  1. Advance reservation is required. Intent to avail of the offer must be clearly mentioned at the time of reservation.

  3. To avail of the offer/s, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card for payment.

IV. Terms and Conditions

Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown

1. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.

2. The discount is exclusive of 12% VAT and service charge. 

3. Only one membership card shall be accepted per transaction.

4. The cancellation policy of Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown shall apply.

5. The general hotel terms and conditions of Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown shall apply.

6. Surcharge applies for holidays and peak periods.

Belmont Café / Zabana Bar and Lounge

7. To avail of the offer/s, a minimum single-receipt of bill of P2,000 at Belmont Café/Zabana Bar and Lounge is required. 

8. The offers are valid on dine-in transactions and take-out transactions.

9. The discount will only apply to the bill, exclusive of VAT, service charge, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified.

10. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

General Terms and Conditions

11. The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

12. The offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.

13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

14. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown.

16. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

17. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
