The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

B Hotel Alabang - 37% OFF on accommodations based on Published Rates
1. Room rates are inclusive of the following:
a. Daily Breakfast for Two (2) Persons
b. Complimentary use of facilities
c. Complimentary daily shuttle service to nearby Alabang commercial and financial districts, available from 11am to 7pm only.
d. Applicable taxes
2. The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.
3. A maximum of two (2) adults are allowed per room only. One (1) child 12 years old and below is free of charge with no additional bedding arrangement, breakfast is not included.
4. Cardholders can book up to two (2) rooms per day only.
5. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.
6. Notice of cancellation must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours (Philippine time) prior to the guest’s arrival.
7. No penalty for modifications and cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.
8. If cancelled within three (3) days before arrival, a one-night penalty will be charged.
9. For same-day cancellation, a full stay will be charged. The same applies for no-show/non-arrival on the actual date of check-in.
10. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.
11. The general hotel terms and conditions of B Hotel Alabang shall apply.
12. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer will be charged separately and must be settled at the property upon check out with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.

32. To avail of the offers, Cardholders must charge the total amount of the bill to their card on a single-receipt transaction.
33. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.
34. The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, other items, or services.
35. The offers are non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, special offerings, discount privileges, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
36. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
37. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
38. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and B Hotel Alabang.
39. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
40. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
