I. Qualifications

The Promo is open to select Cardholders of Chinabank Platinum, Freedom, Cash Rewards, World, Wealth, Destinations Platinum, Destinations World, and Destinations World Dollar Mastercard (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*. Cardholders must have a Credit Limit of at least P300,000 and a minimum accumulated retail spend of USD 10,000 (or P580,000) in the last 12 months to be qualified for the promo. 

II. Program Details

  1. The Promo Period is from August 8 to October 15, 2024. Stay period is from August 8 to December 31, 2024.

III. How to Avail the Offer/s 

1. Advance reservation is required. To avail of the offer, Cardholders must enter their reservation details at (https://privileges.anantaravacationclub.com/21CBPH0824P/en/index.php ) or scan the QR code below to be redirected to Anantara Vacation Club website.

2. Anantara Vacation Club will verify the Cardholders’ eligibility prior to confirming the reservation. During verification, Cardholders must quote the Promo Code: 21CBPH0824P. 

3. Cardholders must use their qualified Chinabank Credit Card for payment via the payment link provided by Anantara Vacation Club.

IV. Terms and Conditions 

  1. Anantara Vacation Club Terms and Conditions: 
    a) These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified. 
    b) Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city. 
    c) Cardholders are required to participate in the offer together with their spouse or partner. 
    d) Cardholders and their spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age. 
    e) Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, nontransferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable. 
    f) Offer cannot be used for group bookings. 
    g) Offer includes accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged. 
    h) Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
    i) Cardholders can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.

    k) Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for Cardholders’ compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes during their stay. Cardholders are required to participate in the presentation together with their spouse or partner. 
    l) In the event the Cardholder and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show, this offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of Anantara Vacation Club’s best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

    n) An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

    p) Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of Anantara Vacation Club’s best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking. 
    q) All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a qualified Chinabank Credit Card. 
    r) The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion. 
    s) In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI. 
    t) The decision of the Chinabank and Anantara Vacation Club on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
  2. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
