PROMO MECHANICS

I. Qualifications

The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

II. Promo Details:

  1. The Promo Period is from March 10 to December, 2024. 
  2. Cardholders are entitled to the offer below when they shop at Winery.ph with their Chinabank Credit Card:
    • Promo Offer: 10% OFF on Winery.ph’s own imports
    • Availment/Spend Conditions: No minimum spend
    • Promo Code: CBWNY10 (multiple use)

III. How to Avail of the Offer

  1. Visit Winery.ph website at www.winery.ph.
  2. Select the items you wish to purchase then click “Add to cart”.
  3. Once you have completed shopping and verifying your orders, click on “Check Out”. 
  4. Enter your e-mail and shipping information. On the right side of the page, enter the Promo Code and click the “Apply” button to avail of the discount for the transaction. 
  5. Select payment by Paymongo. Input your Chinabank Credit Card details and click “Complete Order” to complete the transaction

IV. Terms and Conditions

  1. To qualify for the promo offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Winery.ph.
  2. The Year-Round Offer only applies to Winery.ph’s own imports: https://bit.ly/3SnhW84.
  3. The offer is not valid for non-wine items, bundled items, and Kavino Club packages.
  4. Prices exclude shipping fees. 
  5. Free shipping within Metro Manila is available for orders worth P4,000 and above.
  6. The promo offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, offers, and discounts unless specified.
  7. The promo offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other products.
  8. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
  9. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Winery.ph.
  10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
