The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
 

Program Details

  1. Promo period is from July 15 to December 15, 2024.
  2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.


How to Avail

Cardholder must follow these steps:

  • For Pacific Bay, visit www. pacificbay.com.ph or download the Pacific Bay PH mobile app. For Pacific Bay Eats, visit www.pbeats.ph.
  • New users must complete the sign-up process first. Existing users can log-into their account.
  • Select items and add to cart. Make sure your total reaches at least P1,500.
  • Once done, click “Check out”.
  • Under “Discount code or Gift Card”, input the applicable promo code, then click “Apply”.
  • Under “Payment”, choose “Credit/Debit cards and e-Wallets”. 
  • Click “Pay Now”.
  • Input the required details of your qualified Chinabank credit card. Then click, “Complete Order”

Terms and Conditions

  1. To qualify for the promo offer, use promo codes CB10 at www.pacificbay.com.PH or Pacific Bay PH App.or CBEATS at www.pbeats.PH upon checkout.
  2. Promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period. Valid for new and existing users. 
  3. Promo code is applicable to straight transactions only.
  4. Promo discount cannot be re-applied when a qualified order is cancelled by the cardholder. 
  5. Shipping or delivery fees and other charges are not included in the computation of the minimum spend requirement.
  6. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
  7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
  8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
  9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
