1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards Platinum, and Freedom Platinum Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
   • Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, and Prime Cardholders are excluded from the promo.
     
     
2. The Promo is valid from April 1 to 30, 2024, daily from 11am to 11pm, for lunch or dinner.
   
   
3. Cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount on their Total Food Bill (on a la carte menu including steak items: Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Certified Angus Beef) when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit Card (‘Credit Card”) for payment at Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle, Melo’s Alabang, Melo’s Quezon City, and Mgyuu Steaks at One Uptown subject to the following conditions:
   • Offer is available daily from 11am to 11pm for lunch or dinner.
   • Offer is available for dine-in transactions only.
   • Original menu prices are subject to applicable government taxes including VAT and service charge.
   • Discount will only be applicable to Total Food Bill (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) per single-receipt transaction.
   • Drinks, Service charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
   • Minimum total food bill of P5,000 (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) is required to be eligible for the discount.
   • Maximum Discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is P5,000 or a maximum total food bill of P10,000 (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT).
   • Discount can only be availed once per Credit Card, per table, per day.
   • Promo Offer is only available for A la Carte Orders and “Steak” food items available from the A la Carte Menu only. The available steak food items on the A la Carte Menu are: Japanese Wagyu, Available Australian Wagyu and Certified Angus Beef. 
   • The 50% discount will not be applicable to Regular Set Menus, In-house Special Sets, and Beverages.
   • Discount offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts including, but not limited to, Senior Citizen Discounts and other promotional offers of Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle, Melo’s Alabang, Melo’s Quezon City, and Mgyuu Steaks at One Uptown.

5. Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.
   
   
6. The promo is not applicable for set menus, banquet sales, parties, and private functions.
   
   
7. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only 1 card per table per day is allowed.
   
   
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
   
   
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
   
   
10. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    
    
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
