PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

  2. Booking period is from May 1 to October 31, 2024. Stay period is from May 1 to November 30, 2024.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Bacau Bay Resort Coron:
    • 50% OFF on Room Accommodations based on Published Rates (Inclusive of Buffet Breakfast for Two)
    • 10% OFF on Food and Beverage
    • 10% OFF on spa services at Alon Spa
    • Discounted extra person rate of P1,500 nett

  4. Advance reservation is required by calling the reservation hotline or sending an e-mail and confirming with the Reservations Officer that the Cardholder will avail of Chinabank’s exclusive offer.

  5. Full payment should be settled before check-in.

  6. To avail of the Food and Beverage and Spa offers, the Cardholder must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card during bill out.

  7. Reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable but can be rebooked within one year from the original date of stay but may be subject to room availability.

  8. No-shows on the day of arrival will likewise be charged the entire stay.

  9. For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be non-refundable.

  10. Booking revisions must be arranged through Bacau Bay Resort Coron’s Reservations Office. Revisions on booking 3 days prior to arrival date shall be charged 50% of the total contract price.

  11. Offers cannot be used for group bookings. A maximum of 3 rooms per booking is allowed.

  12. The general hotel terms and conditions of Bacau Bay Resort Coron shall apply.

  13. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.

  14. Offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, or gift certificates.

  15. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.

  16. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  17. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

  18. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Bacau Bay Resort Coron.

  19. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

  20. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
